Is there a way to get rid of cravings after strength training?

I took a break from strength training because of how bad my appetite was - I would crave and eat everything, anything from dominoes and other processed food.

I’ve spent the last few months avoiding strength training and was able to cook from scratch and not eat processed food. Yesterday I tried a strength training workout, and after that, I pretty much ate every greasy thing I saw - lots of Dominoes.

I’d like to incorporate 1-2 days of strength training in a week, but I don’t know if that’s worth it for my weight loss goals if I start overeating every time I do it.
