Daily Check-in: Thursday, September 14th

Hello Blendfriendz!

How are you today?

We had our first frost last night; and I'm happy about that! We've had leaves changing for awhile and now a frost officially means "Fall" to me! Love it!

Before I get too much further into this check-in, let's talk our ghosting schedule! Here's our current line-up:

September 16th & 17th: Lisette

September 23rd & 24th: Inge

September 30th & October 1st: Shabnam

Any date after Sept 30th & Oct 1st is open! So if you're interested in guest hosting a weekend, please let Raven or me know, and we'll get ya scheduled in! And thank you!

What do your workouts look like for today, Blendfriends?

I decided to go with a bodyweight lower body routine yesterday. Yesterday was a bit stressful and last thing I wanted to do was pick up some weights. Today I may do some kickboxing, but we'll see how I feel later on.

What's on the menu for today?

Hm, not sure! All I can think of is coffee at the moment!

Ok I think that's enough outta me today!
