It's another day of gettin stuff done and all that; so let's get this check-in rollin!

What's happenin for workouts today?

I did an upper body routine with Brian yesterday and I am feelin it! Today I want some lower body work. Maybe pure strength. Maybe with Kelli. That sounds like a plan!

And what's on the menu for today?

Hm not sure. Might be leftovers again!
