Having slightly better luck with technology (knock on wood) today, so let's get this check-in done!

What's happenin for workouts today?

Yesterday I did a level 5 lower body workout with Tasha (oof). Today I'm in need of some upper body work!

What's on the menu for today?

Haven't decided yet!

And sorry, again, no pic. I haven't been taking pics lately, so I've got nothin to give ya.
