Good middle-of-the-night Tuesday!

Woke up to go to the bathroom around 2am and my mind turned on, so I’m now fully awake. It usually takes me 2 hours to fall back asleep when that happens. I have to find a way to turn off my thoughts when I wake up at night. Any suggestions?

So after a great start to the month of September, I’ve now rescheduled 3 workouts. Yesterday, I developed a headache at the end of my work day and I just wanted to rest. But like Toasty’s quote from yesterday said, I should’ve just pushed through. There’s no success without overcoming obstacles and putting in the work.

I greatly admire people in this wonderful FB community who have made exercising a part of who they are, and not just something that they do. Was it always the case for you or did you work on it over time? Or maybe like me, you’re still working on it?
