Just filling in for Sharon, who is away camping 🙂

A quick start to our thread then. It's been a busy Monday so far and also a super rainy day out here. And so this morning reminds me of the quote 'The only way out is through'. Eventually, we will get to the weekend, haha!

It is either a rest day or another TB low impact workout for me.
