How are you today?

I'm ok. Still gonna be warm, still didn't sleep the best. But I'm here!

Let's jump right into the check-in, eh?

What do your workouts look like for today?

I never got around to doing a workout yesterday. So I'll get that lower body routine in today! I'm thinking one with Erica that uses weights and bands.

What's on the menu for today?

Hummus wraps!

Finally, here's your daily dose of "Reasons to do Bear Crawls as Told by Actual Bears!"

Reasons to do Bear Crawls as Told by Actual Bears #2: Better hand[paw]-eye coordination! So when the time comes, and you only have a split second to decide which salmon is worth keeping, you are able to quickly and efficiently push the not-so-good salmon back down the falls without even looking at it! So be like Pepper, do your bear crawls for better/easier salmon sorting!
