hey there pals,

a quick start to the thread...how are we doing today? here, we have a lil pause from all the raining that's been going on non-stop. so that's nice. plus at school it is career fair day, so the corridors are crowded with eager companies & students.

for workouts: okay, so i have started working out since Sunday, freestyling mostly. after being sick for about 10 days and recovering for about the same, I find it rather difficult to think about HIIT and the likes or longer workouts. So, I am using low impact or cardio mostly, and you know using various ways to motivate myself (meme). But picking from amongst my favorite workouts, mostly with K and about 30 mins long, This is where i am at now but hopefully will do Fit again sometime. how do you motivate yourself when you'd like to workout but it seems difficult for various reasons?
