HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group September 4th

Hello all! Bit of an early start to the thread, as for me it's Sunday night, but I'm headed on an adventure in the morning (We're going kayaking!), and as Mark Twain once said, "the secret to getting ahead is getting started."

It's going to be another hot day here, so an escapade out on the water in the morning should be lovely. Sunday was predicted to be unbearable, though, and I was fine out on the deck in the shade, so maybe the afternoon will be good too. I hope my muscle soreness subsides a bit, otherwise paddling will be a challenge! But I was so happy to restart Flex, and the sore muscles are a sign of success, right?

Other than that, I'll be putting my tomatoes back into the dehydrator, as most of them aren't done. Didn't want to leave them out all night. Otherwise, though will be going for cool foods again. Gazpacho might make an appearance 😜.
