i'm trying to come up with a list of functional(ish?) and fun challenges to use as fitness goals for 2024 (still far away, i know 😂). so far, i came up with pull ups, push ups, crow pose (yoga) and pistol squat. some i can already do and want to increase my reps, others i can't even do one rep yet.
can you recommend any other cool bodyweight exercises/challenges to master? i appreciate any ideas 🤗
