The end of workout feels are no joke!
Woke up with some nasty allergies, but got myself into the workout, added an extra 10 minute cardio video, and man oh man I feel good! I was dancing to my music during the stretching at the end lol.
And I just want to say, you guys are pretty dang awesome. I can always find motivation and positivity here, and that's so nice. I've been staying away from social media this month, and it's really great to still be a part of a community but not feel overwhelmed with negativity.
Also, I'm very glad my ab soreness went away last night, because I was hurting just coughing after the ab pilates for my plan yesterday! These bodyweight workouts can be seriously challenging.
