Hi everyone!

Welcome to Wednesday.

"Saying no can be the best form of self-care"

I chose this because I feel like some of us have had really full plates. Remember it is ok to say no to things (if possible) and never feel guilty. You also need time for yourself so remember to try and put yourself first.

How are we doing this Wednesday?

I finished Flex 2 finally, well except the extra credit stretching which I will do tonight. I swapped the main workout for something new and it was Erica's new one. It is a great one too. I would like it even more if it was longer. Maybe a total body workout in this style. But what I can say is I think I am a bit stronger after Flex2. I think my posture is a bit better and I certainly got a core workout as well.

To finish the week I have a run and some yoga planned to help my muscles feel good. Next week I will start Booty. We will see how that pairs with running.

Summer salad inspiration: this week was an antipasti salad. I think it is my favourite so far. It was delicious!
