Active recovery week

The last few days I have been feeling a bit slow and a bit low. Summer holiday also ended so everything is back to normal. When I checked my calendar today, I did not feel like doing what I had planned.. I decided to make this week an active recovery week. I planned level 2 workouts and I will go easy on my body.. I do like to stay active and keep my routine, but I think this will be what I need..

I had a restday on monday and went bouldering yesterday. Tomorrow I might swap my workout for a ride on my kickbike.
