Too Much Summer Fun

It's that time again! I am a preschool teacher, returning back to work from part-time to full on today: setting up classroom, then meetings, then back to it next week. Problem is, the summer blew by and with it some bad habits! While I have always maintained exercise and lots of healthy veggies, the refreshing beers and less steps per day have notably made a difference in how my clothes are fitting, bloat, feeling yucky etc. Any of you use the end of summer as a reset? How do you reduce the anxiety of change of seasons and maybe a pre-mourning of sorts on the upcoming winter? Summer is definitely my favorite time of year. Winter is not my jam....
