Broken foot :(

Hi!

Last Wednesday I broke my foot. 😩 I’m super frustrated since I’m used to having a very active lifestyle and enjoy my FB HIIT & strength workouts (mainly HIIT!). I’ll need to wear a cast for at least four more weeks. Since today I’m able to walk with the cast and a special shoe so that makes it already a tiny bit more bearable.

Do you have any tips for me to maintain my active lifestyle? Perhaps some seating workouts?
