HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group August 15th

Good Tuesday morning! I will make this a quick one, as I almost forgot to start the thread and I am attending a new store opening this morning.

The rest of my work week will be quite hectic and demanding, and my brain already feels overloaded. I’ve asked David to support me this week, as I will likely not have much time, or energy, for housecleaning and cooking. But I want to make sure that I take care of myself by eating well, hydrating and exercising. What helps you when you feel overwhelmed?
