Monday walk

Today I trained walking with a heavy backpack. I packed two 1 kg dumbells, packed extra shoes because I tried my new shoes today and some water and small stuff. My bag was little over 7 kg (15.4 lbs). I walked 15.4 km (ha, funny coincidence.. the lbs and km being the same.. I walked 9.57 miles)

My hips started to ache a little the last 45 minutes or so, but I made it. Training session for my long walk - complete ✅
