Pep talk needed

Good morning beautiful people,

I would appreciate a pep talk if you have the mental space for one. I fell off my workout habit a few weeks ago, which in turn effects my mental health, which in turn makes me less willing to exercise for the betterment of my mental health, which in turn makes my mental health worse....

I KNOW exercise makes me feel better, Every time. Yet here I am.
