A legday of sorts - NSV

Last year I bought a second hand kickbike. I used it a bit and then it needed repairs. My brother in law fixed it for me and today I finally took it for a ride again. When I came home I checked the distance I rode. I double checked it on a measuring website.. I rode 4.7 km (2.92 miles) in about 20 minutes. Last year I rode to work, which is 2.9 km (1.80 miles) and that was hard. Now I rode 1.5 times that distance and felt better then I did on the shorter ride..

I am going to repeat this lap often to improve technique, tempo and later add distance. Hoping it will help me improve leg strength which will help me with my bouldering.
