Weekend Check-in: August 6th

Good morning my fabulous fitness friends!

Last night when I couldn’t sleep (because of those 10 hours of sleep I got the night before 🙄) I composed an amazing check-in for you all. You really should have heard how it played out in my mind. You would have been wowed.

However, this morning I am singing at church and I am running VERY late, so no amazing check-in for you. (Besides, I’ve completely forgotten what I meant to say.

So let me stop gabbing and get to it.

Workouts? Yay or nay? Nay for me!

Food? Yay! A “lumberjack hash” for my guys, something vegan from the freezer for me.
