Happy Sunday Ppals!

I hope your weekend is going well and you are finding some time to relax.

Lillie had her portrait done and we are both quite pleased with it. Lillie is also happy that she didn't have to sit for it.😺

The staff at the Animal protection society where I adopted her had a fund raiser and they got together at a local establishment a drew portraits from photos we sent in. There were no guarantees. Good thing I wasn't one of the artists. 😏

Now I am drinking tea and keeping Lillie away from my toast. It is a nice sunny day. 🌞Google tells me it is 74 and will get up to 91 F so I'll get out for a walk while is still cooler. The humidity is 91% so it might be steamy already. 😓💧

I have one more video for transform with Erica and 3 more for Flow. I've been alternating the 2 and it has been a good combination. I think I'll start Nicole's new 5 day workouts while I finish flow.
