New FREE Workout! Total Body Weighted Strength Circuits

Hey Fitness Blenders!

Today’s workout release is an efficient total body routine: Total Body Weighted Strength Circuits

We combine functional strength circuits with short, sweaty HIIT bursts. With the focus being more on building muscular and cardiovascular endurance, your goal won’t be to lift as heavy as possible. Rather, I encourage you to pick a set of medium or medium-heavy (for you) weights and stick with them for the majority of the exercises.

For our 2 strength circuits you can expect to perform 4 exercises for 2 rounds of 40 sec on / 10 sec off. Each exercise will have a different focus: total body, upper body, lower body, and core. The short rest and total body approach really gets your heart rate pumping!

To finish out each strength circuit, we have a 2-minute HIIT burst which includes 3 high impact exercises completed for 30 sec on / 10 sec off. The goal is to challenge your stamina and give what you have left in your energy tank before heading off to a longer rest. Low-impact modifications are offered!

Total time of this workout is approximately 30 minutes, making it great if you’re in a pinch and want a big bang for your time. And, while rated a level 3 difficulty, this routine is on the cusp of a level 4. It could go either way depending on what you put into it! Use the modifications and progressions listed in the write-up to meet yourself with the appropriate challenge.
