Perspiration Pals 1st August 😊🌞

hey there pals,

how are you doing this Tuesday? Quite a warm day here, and also feels warm (which is not a given here!) Day 2 at easing back into normal routine. Managed to get to school by 7:20; new semester and students should be in from around 15th-20th and then we'll have the campus buzzing.

workouts: as was predictable i guess, i started Fit challenge (again!) -using substitute button generously so that't fine. with that yesterday i did Tasha's recent progressive overload UB workout and everything hurts really. First workout with weights after 3ish weeks. yes, i was Toasty-ed.

other than that trying to change my diet a bit. i can continue with the same breakfast throughout the year if it means quick and hasslefree in the morning. moved away from cereals and milk to avocado toast now. what's your go-to breakfast and do you change it occasionally or regularly?
