Get ready for a quick moving workout today that combines bodyweight strength and cardio through EMOMs (Every Minute on the Minute)! 

Bodyweight Strength and Cardio EMOMs

EMOMs are an incredible training method that simultaneously challenge your strength and cardio, while allowing for a personalized pace. Today's session will help you push yourself a little but also allow you to customize your workout. 

We'll kick things off with a warm-up with dynamic movements to prepare your body for the intense EMOM rounds. This warm-up boosts your mobility and flexibility and sets the tone for the following exciting workout. 

The heart of today's session lies in the EMOM rounds. In each round, you'll have one minute to complete a set of exercises, followed by a brief rest before the next round begins. This format keeps you engaged, pushes your boundaries, and maintains high intensity throughout the workout. Our EMOM sets will have the same structure with 3 rounds and 3 exercises. The first 2 exercises have a choice of 8, 12, and 15 reps. You can decide how hard you want to push yourself. For every cardio exercise, we will go for 40 seconds. 

This workout offers a perfect blend of strength and cardio, and is suitable for all fitness levels. By consistently engaging in EMOM workouts like the one planned for today, you'll witness improvements in your muscular endurance and cardiovascular capacity and experience a sense of accomplishment as you finish each round!
