New Workout! Full Body Dumbbell Complex Sets

What's up, FB Fam!

Are you ready to challenge yourself with "Complex Sets"?

Full Body Dumbbell Complex Sets

This workout will be intense, but it will be fun too. Let me tell you why "Complex Sets" are amazing! These moves are the real deal – they work multiple muscle groups simultaneously, making them super efficient! Each complex set consists of two exercises, targeting your entire body in one go. Plus, here's the best part: you have the power to adjust the intensity! Depending on your fitness level and how much you want to challenge yourself, you can go full speed or take it at a more comfortable pace.

But before we dive into the action, let's warm up those bodies first. We'll start with arm circles, chest openers, and hamstring sweeps for two rounds. Getting those muscles prepped and ready for the complex sets we're about to crush is essential!

During each complex set, we'll do ten reps of each exercise, pushing through for three minutes straight and taking only a 30-second rest at the end of each round. I won't lie; it will be challenging, but remember, moving at your own pace is essential. Some rounds might feel easier than others, and that's okay.

We're targeting all those major muscle groups — hitting legs, arms, core, and back. This workout will boost your strength and get that heart pumping! But hold on. It's about more than pushing hard without considering your body's signals. Listen to what your body is telling you! If you need to adjust the weight or take a quick breather, go for it. We're all about challenging ourselves, but safety and smart training come first.

And when we're done, it's time to cool down and show our muscles some love. Some side stretches, hamstring stretches – all those feel-good moves to help our bodies recover.

So if you are ready, let's prepare for these "Complex Sets"?

Let's do it!
