Frustrated

I have FINALLY been being consistent, eating for my body, lifting heavier (for me), feeling good and seeing changes. Then today I find out I need foot surgery for bunion/neuroma that is causing foot/nerve pain consistently. The recovery is 6weeks non weight bearing and then light activity (walking, swimming, etc)(no lower body weights or impact) for another 6 weeks. So 3 months total. I know it needs to be done, but I'm bummed about it interrupting my progress. I feel like I am going to lose all the progress I've made in the last few months and will have to start over. I will at least stick to my nutrition part for the duration. Anyway, thanks for listening.
