Daily Check-in: Wednesday, July 26th

Hello Blenderz!

How are you doing/feeling on this halfway day of the week?

Is there a workout in your day? ..Mine has one with Nicole and day 3 of her challenge. Some Low impact HIIT ladders.

And what of all things food? Care to share? I got some BBQ marinated salmon the other day to try. I'm really excited because I love salmon and I haven't had any in forever. To say I'm really looking forward to dinner is an understatement.

Picture for today is a sort of #WatermelonWednesday with a nearby (not mine) field of watermelons. Harvesting these melons is over, so all these are what is leftover for the cows I always see in these fields to snack on.
