This time, our focus is to build strength, increase flexibility, and feel the burn as we target the leg muscles.

What to expect in this Flow:

Warrior II with Leg Lifts: Strengthen your quads and glutes while finding balance 

Bridge Pose with Leg Press: Tone your hamstrings and glutes with this dynamic variation 

Chair Pose with Calf Raise: Target your calves and quads in this challenging fusion move that combines yoga and strength training

Goddess Squat with Leg Abduction: Engage your inner and outer thighs 

Don't worry if you're new to using leg weights — this class is suitable for all levels. Get your leg weights ready, roll out your yoga mat, and invite your friends, family, and anyone who's up for a challenge! As always you can choose to leave the weights out all together for this one too :)
