It is a rare sunny day out here and naturally that is the big news if the day here. I am home and catching up with some work, might head out later for a short walk. Yesterday though I managed to walk about 8kms from home to almost work place and it was raining slightly. It was refreshing. I am taking my time to get back to strength workouts. Currently I feel like walking long is giving me the time to reflect and calm myself. hence today's quote: reflect, release, relax.
other than that, we wish David (Blender by association, 😏a very happy birthday 🎂 Martine is the cake person for today 😅)
