how are we this FriYay. since it is sort of still vacation mode here, I can't seem to keep track of the days. Still always feels happy that we are close to the weekend.
This morning, for a change I woke up early (still later than my usual 5:30ish) and headed out to the city center for some good coffee. I had to peel myself off of the bed, but i want to slowly come back to normal routine. so, walked to city center and back, about 6ish kms and that'll be my activity for the day.
I think I may start Erica's challenge one of these days. Have done some of her workouts and liked them. Otherwise, I was beginning to fall in the repeating-Fit challenge-for-the-nth-time trap.
Been also reading some. Current read being, The Cuckoo's Calling. I have watched the series (a good adaptation, I believe) but so far I find the book better :)
that's about it from me folks. how goes your FriYay? and any plans for the weekend?
