I wanted to ask everyone to share their favourite workout videos for hot days. I have to do my workouts at around 4/5pm, and recently the temperature here at that time is around 39 -42C. I tried cardio but it made me feel weird in a bad way, and it's hard to motivate myself to lift weights right now. Today I am going to try Kayla's Mat Stretches for Stiff Hips!
