Working out with chronic pain

Hi Everyone

I used to be a FB workout fan but then I started getting hip pain and haven't worked out for about 2 years.

The pain is now chronic and Drs still haven't figured out what it is but it is managed enough that I want to start working out again.

My question to you is do you have any tips for

1) returning to working out after a long break

2) working out with chronic pain
