HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group July 15th

Good Saturday morning!

We are enjoying a beautiful, sunny and not-too-hot Summer morning. A great way for David and I to start our 2-week vacation.

We don’t have any set plans for our vacation, only a list of possible activities to do.

We have decided to go walk in a different area each day that the weather cooperates, like today. That will allow us to discover new places, like going on mini adventures. We also want to go see a couple of outdoor shows, discover new restaurants, find a good museum exhibit, go to the movies on a rainy day, and go on an overnight trip somewhere.

I have not been focusing on fitness at all this past week, as I let work take over my life. So I will finally complete the 5-day Total Body challenge this weekend. And I scheduled the Mobility challenge over the next two weeks, to ensure I get plenty of stretching and gentle workouts during my vacation.
