HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group July 12th

Happy Wednesday!

How is everyone doing? Hopefully better than the Gingerbreadman. My hip is less sore than yesterday and I am thankful for that.

What is on your plate today? It seems like a lot of us have been horribly busy with work stuff. I hope we can all find a balance.

I did day 2 of Flex 2 and swapped for a workout that fits me better and where I am at. It had some cardio bookends which I was a bit nervous about but I really want to move in a more dynamic way. I feel like I am sitting still always and protecting my hip. I did all the cardio parts at my pace and happy to say no pain. I will give my hip extra love tonight though.

I am really excited for dinner as well. Continuing with our summer of salads theme it will be an interesting mix of peaches, prosciutto and burrata... let's see how it goes.
