HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group July 8th

Good Saturday morning!

I wish the meme above could be me, but we have a lot of things to do today, including grocery shopping, house cleaning, laundry and washing bed linens. We’ll pace ourselves, as David and I are still quite tired from this past week.

I have 2 workouts left to complete the 5-day Total Body challenge and the goal is to get them done this weekend. I just want to get that check mark and move on to something new. It’s taking me forever to finish these simple 1-week or 2-week programs.

What do you have planned for today? Will you do like Maria above and just have fun? I think we should all enjoy days without taking on any responsibilities, at least once in a while.
