HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group July 5th

Happy Wednesday everyone!

Hopefully, our American friends had a fun and safe holiday yesterday.

I started the day with an upper body workout with Tasha. It was good. When looking in my calendar I see that I already planned Flex Round 2 starting next week which is just upper body. Although it was planned to have Tuesday and Thursday for running, I will now make those pure stretching and mobility days. Hopefully, the time will fly and my hip will be happy. According to my notes it took about 3 weeks.

What do you have planned today?

Last night I was able to finish transcribing the journal of my great aunt. I am happy that is off the list and I am not rushing to finish before we head to Canada. I planned some salads and did some reading. My nephew also video-called me! I was so excited and so was he. He can't wait for us to come visit and he would not stop talking about all of the camping, swimming and fishing we will do.

So although the day started pretty disappointing, the ending was great.

P.S salad from this week - fennel with lemon and dill. Doesn't look pretty but tastes yum!
