Weekend Check-in: July 2nd

Hello there, Blendiez! How are we on this Sunday morning/afternoon/evening? What’s going on in your corner of the Blenderverse?

Let’s get right to workouts, shall we? I’ve typed and deleted about five sentences in an effort to dazzle you, but I was up late and have only had half a cup of coffee. There will be no dazzling today 😂. So what’s on your workout schedule for today? I’m resting. I might go for a short walk here in a bit- or I might not- but that’s it.

But I will definitely eat! I’m not a fan of skipping meals, and don’t you skip yours! What are you eating today? Don’t tell my guys, but it’s Meatless Sunday, with a pasta in a lemon basil cream sauce and salad. But I think they’ll forgive me because I bought them ice cream. 😜
