Weekend Check-in: July 1st

Hello you fabulous Blenders! Welcome to July and the weekend check-in! I've only had two sips of coffee, so who knows what may come out of my mouth. Er...fingers, since I'm typing and not actually talking.

Random question for ya! Feel free to skip, as always. How did you get your name? Were you named after a family member, book or movie character, famous person or, as Hubby's grandfather told his daughter, "Some broad"? My parents knew someone with a daughter named "Jacoby," and liked the "Coby" part of it. But do tell the history of your name!

On to workouts! What are you doing on this first day of July? I plan to go for a walk this morning, then do Kayla's bored easily mobility routine.

And what's cookin' today? I am making sloppy joes and roasted potatoes for my guys and a friend who is joining us. I think I'll make myself some lemon-pepper tofu. Why not fire up the oven so the temperature inside matches the temperature outside? Hubby's probably going to give me major side-eye!
