Share your "favorite" brutal exercises :)

Ok you guys, I might be brewing up a new satisfyingly brutal workout ;) And I need your input!! When you think of exercises that are tough, maybe a little dreadful, but make you feel worked and satisfied by the end... What are they?

I'll give you some examples of the first ones that come to mind for me: weighted thrusters, full burpees (with push up), jumping lunges, lizard hops
