New Plus Workout! Quick Bodyweight Tabata HIIT

Hey Hey Fitness Blenders!

Today’s release is a no-equipment HIIT workout in less than 30 minutes — the perfect addition to your travel or time-crunch “favorites” list!

Bodyweight Tabata HIIT

As you can tell by the title, we’re working with a Tabata format today (yay!), meaning short bursts of 20 seconds active to 10 seconds rest. Most of the exercises are lower body focused and we’ll also be incorporating plank variations between tabata groups to target our core. The 1-minute finisher, which may or may not include burpees, gives you one final push :)

Overall, I made this routine as scalable as possible. At its core, it’s a level 3 but there are many ways to level it up to a 4 (or even 5 if you really want). Check the write-up for suggestions. Some of our exercises will involve jumping and impact, but modifications are offered every step of the way so you’re in good hands!
