Happy International Yoga Day, you all. I am proud to come from the tradition of Yoga and spirituality. It’s good to see Yoga being practised at the United Nations HQs, New York today, led by our Honourable Prime Minister. I am glad that Fitness Blender offers courses on Yoga. My request is that the original Hindi names of Asanas (yoga postures) be mentioned in videos and description so that credit is given where due like Surya Namaskar for sun salutation and Bhujangasana for cobra pose. Mentioning the very source lends credibility to your content.
