New FB Plus Workout:  Express Upper Body Workout with Dumbbells

We've been listening to your requests for quick workouts that fit into busy schedules, and we're thrilled to introduce today's workout. This express routine is designed to be completed in under 25 minutes, making it perfect for those on the go:

Express Upper Body Strength with Dumbbells

To kick things off, we'll start with a 3-minute warm-up to get your body primed and ready. Then, we'll dive into the main strength circuit, utilizing weighted upper body supersets. In this format, you'll perform two exercises back-to-back without rest, pushing your muscles to the max. After completing the supersets, you'll have a brief 20-second rest before repeating the circuit once more in an ABAB format. We want to ensure you're giving it your all!

And of course, what's an express workout without a grand finale? We've included a bodyweight AMRAP circuit for two minutes. During this time, you'll tackle three exercises—Shoulder taps, Plank saw, and Superman pulses—for 10 reps each without taking a break. It's all about challenging yourself and pushing beyond your limits.

Keep in mind that we recommend light to medium dumbbell weights, such as 5lbs (2.2kg), but feel free to adjust based on your fitness level. For an extra boost, try combining this routine with Daniel's Quick Cardio, Strength, and Core Combo for Total Body
