Day 1 FB30 after a veeeerrrrrry long hiatus

Just did day 1 of FB30 after a long break.

I used to be so consistent with FB and did at least 30 mins 5/6 times a week with a balanced diet but child no3 and covid hit which left me feeling demotivated and (if I’m totally honest) quite lazy!

I haven't been completely sedentary and have done a lot of walking or tried to do various different exercises but could never stick with them for longer than a few days.

Here’s hoping I’ll complete this 4 week program and then some 💪🏻
