Daily Check-in: Tuesday, June 13th

Hey Blenderz! How are you all today?

Monday was not really my best day, but I'm over it. Today is brand new. This check-in will be a little rushed as I'm in for a busy day!

Fun, fun and more fun! Cardio, speed and balance work with a little core burn. Very much enjoyed.

Dinner? Ah, I don't know. Food for sure! And will also no doubt be enjoyed.

I'll end with a rushed theme and share some Starrush Whitetops. It's a sedge that has some white colored bracts at the top that sorta look almost as if it was spray painted on. Or a wild bird perfectly pooped on it. Nature comes up with plants that make us think about these things.
