Bored Easily Lower Body and Glute Builder

This workout will build muscle definition and strength in the lower body and glutes along with greater stability (stability largely due to the varied resistance that comes from using a circle resistance band). In the first half of the workout, you’ll have the opportunity to use both a glute band and dumbbell weights to create double the resistance. In the second half, we get a sense of freedom as we take the band off and go through mainly all of the same exercises but just with weights. It’s sneaky, but using different types of resistance in part 1 and 2 will qualify this workout as bored easily!

Being a level 4 workout, if you’re on the fence about it, remember that you can always lighten your weights or not use any at all when needed! The cool thing about this workout is that it can become a level 3 in this way, or it can even dip into level 5 territory if you’re challenging yourself with the weights.

An activation warm-up is included along with your cool-down. As always, feel free to add extra movement to either of them to cater to your own preferences!
