5 am workouts

Today was my first day trying a workout at 5am and I actually love it!

I've been an evening workout person for ages but it hasn't been working for me the last few months so over the weekend I decided to make the switch to mornings.

I deliberately chose an easier workout this morning because I genuinely had no idea how my body would feel about being made to move so early!

I can definitely tell the difference exercising first thing instead of in the evening, I had to take an extra long warm up to get myself going and I felt a lot slower than usual. But now I feel so good, I'm relaxed and I feel ready to head into the rest of the day.

It got me wondering how many of you also get your workouts done first thing?

How does it make you feel?

Any tips or tricks to make things a bit easier?
