Wrist-friendly upper body

Hey friends, I'm thinking of building a library of wrist-friendly upper body workouts under a tag and would love if anyone has search tips to share or just good workouts to share that don't include push ups, bear crawls, kick thrus, that kind of thing. Especially if they have cardio + strength!

I have been doing everything on fists or gripping stable weights and just finding that even those mods are getting to me lately, so I end up just swapping the exercise out entirely. But it would really help to have a go-to list of workouts where I know I won't have to think about it too much!

A lot of my old Favorites are pretty wrist friendly, so that will be easy, but I think for all of them in the last few years I'd just have to read through them all. Has anyone already built up a library with a tag like this or have other search tips or workouts to share?
