Hello beautiful Blenders,

I almost forgot to start the thread. Regarding starting the thread next Thursday, would someone be able to take over? I'm in Madrid and work travel always is mentally a bit demanding for me. I might remember but it is easier if I don't have to.

Chose something funny as a quote for the start into the weekend.

I did quite a bit of workouts yesterday. I ended up with 80 min of HIIT and core and UB. It was good. I need to use those more active feeling days to make the best out of it.

Today again, I will decide shortly before I start my workout what I actually will do. I always select a few workouts I like and then choose one or two of them.

What about you. How do you select your workouts. Always following a program or challenge or just freestyling or a combo of both?
