New Workout! Prehab Exercises for Spine Health

Good morning, everyone!

Have you ever wondered what can be done to preserve and protect your spine? Let’s begin to answer that question with our latest prehab release:

Prehab Exercises for Spine Health

This workout aims to introduce healthy movement to multiple areas of your spine. It is important to move at your own pace and listen to how your body responds, which may differ depending on the time of day that you practice the workout. Speaking of listening, we also heard your requests for new extended discovery sessions and added an 8-minute exploration of the Pigeon Pose. For those of you who struggle with this challenging stretch, this session is for you! Working through the stretches and mobility exercises in this sequence are crucial to opening up the hips, releasing tension in the pelvis and low back, and combating the negative effects of prolonged sitting.

Whether you're lifting weights, practicing Pilates, or gardening, a strong spine contributes to your range of motion, power generation, and stability. We are truly limited without it, so taking a moment to ensure it's health is a great goal for all of us. I look forward to putting in the work together!
