Workout Suggestion

Hi FB Team and Family,

I had a thought for a workout: this would be an upper body suggestion, though it might also work for lower body - a workout created around the fact that one might not have multiple dumbells of varying weights. So, what I mean is a workout we can follow that already has more reps planned in order to achieve fatiguing the muscles.

I'm limited by two different weights: 2kg and 3kg. Though adding more reps can work sometimes and sometimes those weights are enough for the day, I'd love some structure to follow, knowing I've hit different muscles and was able to achieve some sort of fatigue to challenge my muscles. Does that make any sense? I think it would also be helpful for beginners who've outgrown their weights but aren't able to purchase new ones yet and don't have as much experience with creating their own workouts.
